Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun, will on Friday, October 13, 2023, swear in his newly appointed cabinet members including Commissioners and Special Advisers.

Recall that Abiodun had previously submitted the names of his commissioner-nominees to the Ogun State House of Assembly for screening and approval.

Following the screening, the Assembly affirmed the nominees as suitable for their roles in Abiodun’s cabinet during his second term in office.

Reports further revealed that the state governor will, on Friday, October13, 2023, administer the oath of office to more than 20 Commissioner-designates, most of who had served in Abiodun’s first-term cabinet.

However, the event, scheduled to commence by 11 am, will hold at the Executive Council Chamber, State Secretariat, Oke Mosan, Abeokuta, the state capital.
