Chelsea has signed Cole Palmer from Manchester City for an initial 40 million pounds.

Palmer, who is a product of the City academy, was part of the England side which won the European Under-21 Championship earlier this summer.

The young star, who won the champions league while in Manchester City team, is excited to get started with Chelsea Football team.

The England player, who stated that he joined Chelsea because the project sounds good for him to showcase his talent, further added that the club is a young and hungry squad and, hopefully, they can change the narrative by performing beyond expectation.
