Management and members of staff of Diamond 88.5 FM, Ilesa,  at the weekend embarked on environmental sanitation at the station base.

The sanitation exercise held at the Diamond FM building and its environment at Ireti-Ayo along Ijebu-Jesa road.

The General Manager, Adeyemi Badewa, said the exercise was part of activities lined up to celebrate the festive season and as the year winds up.

He said the month marks exactly a year that activities started gradually at the building in preparation for broadcast business.

The GM thanked the host community for the warm reception and support, just as he pledged the media outlets commitment to continue to serve and give the people a voice. 

Badewa stated that the sanitation exercise, will be extended to major parts of Ilesa and metropolis, as part of the company’s corporate social responsibility to the communities.
